Oliver Gissauer is the Chief Financial Officer for PONTIS Capital and oversees back office activities. In addition to finance and accounting this also comprises the areas of portfolio controlling, fund administration and reporting as well as treasury. He also lends support to due diligence audits, investment negotiations and transactions as well as portfolio management. Oliver brings twelve years of operating experience in finance and accounting to the table, along with seven years of experience in venture capital.
