Gerhard Fiala is the founder and Managing Partner of PONTIS Capital. He is specifically responsible for deal flow generation, the acquisition of companies, negotiations, deal structuring as well as the preparation and implementation of exit strategies. Gerhard also sits on various supervisory/advisory boards in the portfolio companies. His expertise relates to companies undergoing expansion as well as to small and medium-sized firms in the fields of information and communication technologies and industrial technologies. Gerhard is the main contact point for investors and represents the company.

• Studied business administration at the University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna
